- Customized Orders & Pre-Orders
Special orders CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstance after an order is placed. Special orders of more than three dresses of the same style in one order cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Special and pre-ordered merchandise will be shipped to you as soon as they are available. Please note that we offer ship date estimates for pre-ordered merchandise of 2-8 weeks.
We do our best to keep ship dates accurate, but please be aware that we have little control over the expected dates, and we may experience delays.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and special or pre-ordered items, we will notify you if separate deliveries are available.

- PAYMENT METHODS
BROKE BARBIE accepts the following credit cards:
Credit cards must be issued in the US and have a US billing address.
If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.
Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud.
If address verification is needed, we will email you with the request. An example of further identification may be a drivers license (please block out any confidential information, like a drivers license number). We also may request address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.
Orders with the same billing and shipping address or an alternate shipping address recognized by the card issuer will ship the quickest.
We offer International shipping via Paypal payments only. All International deliveries are $45.

We currently offer the following shipping methods:
USPS or UPS Standard Ground - Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing.
USPS or UPS 2nd Day - Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
USPS or UPS Next Day Air - Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:
- Saturday delivery
All items are shipped as soon as possible but how soon they are shipped may vary depending on availability.
We are not obligated to ship out orders on Fridays.
Orders for in-stock items made after 12pm (EST) may not be shipped out the same day.

RETURN INFORMATION POLICIES
BROKE BARBIE prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, minus shipping costs.
Refunds are not allowed and a $10 restocking fee apply to any order.
Allowable return items are products that are damaged. Allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, no exceptions. Store Credit are good for one year .
Final Sale Items:
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please do not ship back any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you WILL NOT be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you. Regular merchandise received after 14 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you.
Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Shipping errors received after the 14 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 30 days will not be accepted back.
A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.
Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. We will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

How do I return an item?
Returns & Refunds
Please go on the website and click on returns to receive your Return Authorization Number. When received a RA # you can put this number on the outside of the box you are shipping your item back in. If this number is not on the outside of the box and legible, we will refuse the package.
Refunds are not allowed; items may be returned for exchange store credit only. All returns must be approved. Please do not return any sale or “FINAL SALE” item, as it is unable to be returned or exchanged and you will not be given a store credit.
“FINAL SALE” ITEMS ARE: All Handbags, Belts, Shoes, Swimwear, Jewelry, Accessories, as well as any SALE merchandise.
Allowable returned items will be given a store credit only, no exceptions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days (within the USA) and within 14 days (outside of the US) of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note on returns for exchange to different size or color, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges. Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hangtags, etc., including the original invoice. We will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order # can be found in the email confirmation of your order or by logging into your account.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
- Store Credit:
A customer will be issued an online credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Store credit is valid for one year from the date issued .
How to use your online credit:
1) Put the products you would like to purchase in your cart.
2) Proceed to checkout.
3) Once you reach to "Payment Method" you will have a choice to use your internal credit or pay by credit card.
4) Click internal credit. The amount of credit you are issued will appear.
If there is a sufficent balance, you will not have to input your credit card information. If there is not a suffience balance to cover the cost of your items, you will need to provide credit card information.
